In depth

Verdict

Lord Wishes was a decent hurdler but has yet to show any aptitude for jumping fences. Similar comments apply to Forty Crown while the jury is out on Dystonia's Revenge at present. Baltic Pathfinder has plenty to prove on recent form but Houndscourt won over a shorter trip here in December, though was tailed off when attempting a follow-up at Market Rasen. BALLYMOAT has managed just one win in 17 career starts but this is a lot less competitive than the race in which he finished fourth at Wetherby on Boxing Day and Jonathan England's allowance is a plus.
