Over Zealous, Silent Snipe and Gimme Shelter are all worthy of respect in a wide open affair, but we will side with the top weight Over Zealous. The selection is still well weighted on his best form despite having to run under a penalty for his latest win over Commanche Jim at Warwick. With conditions again to suit he is taken to score. Silent Snipe is a course and distance winner but cannot be backed with any confidence having run as if something was amiss when pulled-up behind Andy's Birthday last time. Gimme Shelter is a bold jumping frontrunner who may be able to dominate, but his best form of late has been over an even longer trip and he is worth opposing here. Of the rest, Underley Park would have chances on his best form, but Over Zealous is in great heart at present and gets the vote.
