In depth

Verdict

A race that makes limited appeal but Wild Polly wouldn’t be far away if reproducing her third at Doncaster in February. Escort'namix has frequently made the frame and Shantou Street was placed over track and trip in August, though failed to build on that at Kelso three weeks ago. LADY CHUFFNELL is one of only two Ben Pauling runners on today’s card and she showed enough at Warwick and Huntingdon last season to suggest she can figure in a race like this.
