Verdict

A tricky way to close the card but Rule Britannia is open to any amount of improvement and should make a bold bid to pick up where she left off last term. She hails from a yard that mean business with their placement of horses of this type and, although she will come on for the run, she is taken to get her season off to a flyer. The presence of Mcbain should ensure that there is plenty of pace in the early stages, which should enable Tight Squeeze and Misty Dancer to scrap it out if Rule Britannia just needs the run.
