Verdict

PERCY STREET ran green on his hurdling debut at Newbury but quickened nicely to recoup losses at Taunton and Nicky Henderson’s Triumph Hurdle entry runs in this rather than tomorrow’s Victor Ludorum at Haydock - the hint should be taken. Early Du Lemo faced a stiff task on his UK debut in a Grade 2 at Cheltenham and should be winning soon so is preferred to one-paced Plumpton third Gregarious. Yalltari has a jumping pedigree but could find the four-year-olds too quick on his racecourse debut.
