      Verdict

Noble Protector's maiden victory at Kempton in July was boosted when the second won next time. He could be interesting from an inside draw while Pleasure Bent won at Warwick and Newbury before finding 1m2f too far here last time. He shouldn't be written off just yet while Canadian Run came back to form when second at Epsom, though does seem better on the Polytrack. NAAZ is back over his winning trip having had three runs over 1m2f since scoring at Redcar. His chance would increase if rain got into the ground but he still has reasonable claims regardless and is preferred to Take A Note, who is now tried in a visor, and Hector's Chance. Dixie's Dream is nicely handicapped if a recent run has blown away a few cobwebs but he's been difficult to win with in the past.
