Verdict

BLANC DE CHINE made most until collared close home on her debut and didn't run badly in the Weatherbys Super Sprint at Newbury. She just about has the edge over Guava on their form to date and unless there is something special amongst the newcomers should take this. Gallery is the first foal of a mare who won over 1m2f so is likely to need a little further in time but the main threat may emerge in the shape of Kyanight, a half-sister to the classy juvenile Monsieur Chevalier and out of a very speedy mare.
