Verdict

BORUG may be able to help maintain his yard's good run of form and record at the track although it is a concern that the yard's juveniles have underperformed here in the past. He does have more on his plate than when winning his maiden at Sandown but he seems sure to improve for the experience and longer trip. Royal Exchange deserves this step up in class following a cosy success in a Goodwood nursery but his stamina for this test isn't set in stone although the dam's side does offer hope. Memen was behind him last time when not enjoying the run of the race but is another who isn't certain to enjoy a mile whilst Sonoran Sands and Ahlaain don't make any great appeal and Beyeh, rather unusually for the yard, doesn't hold any big race entries.
