      In depth

      Verdict

The beautifully bred Succinct could well be the one, although her stable is struggling to fire. Dust Flicker, has been shown up in ordinary maidens, and her future looks to lie in handicaps. Edwardian Era, a half-sister to several winners, should be noted if the market speaks in her favour. Untidy Daughter, showed enough on her debut to suggest she should win her maiden, but preference is for for the impeccably bred Ishtak.
