Selebela will be a warm order here and looks to hold a very good chance ahead of Desert Island Disc and Anyhow. The Luca Cumani-trained selection has won her last two races, rising nine pounds in the process. However, the form of her seven-length win from Ilwadod was given a boost during the week and, given that she is an improving filly anyway, one who has really not been extended in notching those two wins, she is likely to prove a warm order today. Cumani also won this race last year. Desert Island Disc is a course and distance winner but he is now rated seven-pounds higher than for that success, a career best effort, so he looks vulnerable to the improving selection. Anyhow is generally consistent and runs here off the same mark as when scoring at Bath in May. He could well give the selection the most to do. The other pair are a little hard to fancy, although the booking of Frankie Dettori for Ribbons And Bows, who looked promising as a juvenile, means that the betting should be given the once-over. However, there is no getting away from the solidity of the claims of Selebela and she gets a solid vote.
