    Verdict

Makyaal pulled much too hard on his reappearance and could do better now going handicapping. Sciampin has been knocking on the door and is likely to be in the firing-line again, despite creeping up the weights, while Oriental Girl, Prime Mover and Levantera have all shown enough to suggest they can pick up a modest handicap somewhere. Marie Rose was backed into favouritism at Leicester two weeks ago but she is conceding 3lb to PRESENT STORY. Gary Harrison's filly seems to be improving so it's a surprise the handicapper has dropped her a little in the weights since her second at Ffos Las. She may be the one to beat.
