Verdict

CAPTAIN SEDGWICK came good at Ffos Las on her first start over a mile and John Spearing’s filly is taken to defy a 6lb rise in the weights. Love And Be Loved won over 7f at Chepstow in June but hasn’t figured since while both London Grammar and Just Fab scored on the all-weather earlier in the year. Take A Drop and Smart Mover were both placed on their latest outings with the latter preferred having slipped down the handicap.
