In depth

Verdict

This looks a tight little handicap with Saint Helena likely to appreciate the drop in grade having contested the Oaks Trial at Lingfield on her latest start. Love Over Gold and Isolate both return from their winter break but Beyeh wasn't disgraced at Nottingham last month and Miss Chicane will be looking to build on her Sandown success. Walter Swinburn's filly was no match for ISTISHAARA in a maiden at Nottingham in September, however, and John Dunlop's daughter of Kingmambo will be all the better for her close-up third behind Miss Topsy Turvy over C&D last month. Only a pound higher today she gets the vote, though Goldtrek could be interesting over this trip for the first time.
