Verdict

Mawaqeet's second to Sir Graham Wade at Goodwood in August is strong form and he's sure to be popular eased in grade here. Al Saham is lightly raced while Sun Central, Lady Rosamunde and Castilo Del Diablo all did well last year. Scatter Dice made a promising reappearance at Epsom but SEASIDE SIZZLER looked a reformed character when out-battling De Riguer over 2m at Kempton and, despite a 4lb rise in the weights, is still well handicapped. He can score again as Ascendant's victory at Lingfield probably doesn't amount to much. The Betchworth Kid is a grand servant to connections but is a shade high in the weights.
