      Verdict

A fascinating juvenile event can go to Suez, but there are a number of dangers including Free Lift, Ghurra and Regina. The selection looked very promising when scoring at Goodwood on her debut and, while improvement is going to be needed, she looks to possess it and this beautifully-bred filly, who cost 480,000 guineas, can be rated an exciting prospect. Ed Dunlop will be thinking the same of his surprise Yarmouth winner, Ghurra, and Roger Charlton of Newbury winner Free Lift. Sir Michael Stoute's Regina, who was behind All For Laura at Nottingham when green on her debut, has won since and will appreciate the step up to six furlongs, so bear her in mind, and Valentin has already been placed at Group level, when second to Soar in the Group 3 Princess Margaret Stakes at Ascot, although she was disappointing last time. Vondova's from is solid but at around the low 80s mark so it will be disappointing if she is good enough to score, but All For Laura was fifth in a decent Listed race at Newbury over five furlongs last time, but was just over a length behind Castelletto on that occasion, but two lengths in front of Roodeye. Finally, Satin Kiss has won two of her three races but was well held when stepped up in grade in the third. As we say, it's a fascinating race and it can go to Suez.
