Common Practice won't lack experience having had a run in a Dundalk barrier trial. His stable companion Mount Fairweather led for a long way over the trip at Galway but was passed in the closing stages by PRIDE OF DERRY (NAP), who was denied a clear run twice at crucial times so looks the one to beat. Barud has come up against some smart performers though may need another furlong but Gwan So didn't quite get the run of the race over 6f at Naas and will be suited by the extra.
