Verdict

King Christophe has won a couple of minor races on the Flat and is rated 84 so looks sure to attract support. Tony Martin's horses were in tremendous form at Galway so the former France-trained Cornelius is one to note while Chief Count hails from a yard who get them ready and showed a bit of potential in two starts on the level. Lagostovegas has only had six starts on the level but has progressed really well and scored at Killarney last month. She should make a bold bid but it's another filly, MEADOW CROSS, who gets the vote after a fine run when well supported in a very tough handicap at Galway on Thursday.
