This has been run twice and Dermot Weld has won both though Laajidaal doesn't look an obvious choice after finishing last at Gowran. ANCESTRAL is related to a host of winners including Yorkshire Oaks winner Quiff. She attracted good support on her debut over a mile at the Curragh but found the trip too short and can gain compensation. Bongiorno hasn't been beaten far in any of her races including over this track and trip last time where she looked to be travelling well. She may do better on this easier surface while Intermedia was staying on over a mile at Leopardstown so should be suited by the step-up. Samasthiti hasn't shown much in her two runs this campaign while Baby Pink may require a stiffer test.
