Financial Future looks the pick of this modest bunch, Mustang Ali and Always Flying appear to be the main dangers. Mark Johnston's gelding drops into selling company for the first time this evening having contested much stronger events. His recent fourth behind Richtee makes very good reading and he should go close despite top-weight. Mustang Ali has been running much better than his form figures suggest and he was successful in Wolverhampton handicap back in November. He doesn't appear to be quite as good on turf but should still be involved in the finish here. Always Flying is a very versatile performer and must have each-way claims on the pick of last season's flat form. Anymore rain will help the chances of Kiev, but in a race that shouldn't take much winning Financial Future looks the most likely victor.
