        Verdict

        Cuban Slide has been off the track since disappointing on his second start after a runaway debut success. I'm Spartacus has steadily improved but possibly needs to find a little more raised in class. Tropical Island wasn't disgraced at Goodwood last time and is of interest on this first start on good ground, but the vote goes to GOVERNMENT CALL. He built on a useful Newbury debut with a determined Sandown success and looks the sort to enjoy this extra furlong. Union Island needs to find more but The Coffee Pod shaped nicely on debut and could prove dangerous.
