Tajneed returned to action last weekend with a fine third at Doncaster behind Cape when apprentice ridden, where after looking the likely winner inside the final furlong he just got run out of it. Twelve months ago he contested competitive Irish handicaps off 90 and having proven his well being off 81 last time, he should go very close. Swift Princess, a half sister to the smart Presto Shinko is bred to improve with age and showed real progression last season. Check the market where she is concerned as being a lightly raced filly, further progress should be expected. Cornus is another danger but disappointed last time in a contest run much faster over the same course and distance where he recorded a second placing on his penultimate start. Makshof should strip fitter for a recent outing at Southwell while Sadeek, who was a very smart juvenile, has a good draw but has failed to build on that juvenile season. Paris Bell is another worthy of consideration but does appear to come on for an outing. Tajneed belied his large odds last week and can strike here for Dandy Nicholls.
