In depth

Verdict

LADY ANJORICA should be winning at this level off a mark of 86. She contested a Listed race earlier and was beaten a respectable six lengths when starting 150/1 in the Queen Mary at Ascot. Poppy Walton ran well without threatening to win at Thirsk on her debut and is preferred to the penalised Ripon winner Capla Dancer while Paul Hanagan is on board Miss Puddles and she’s preferred to stablemate and fellow newcomer La Plusbelle. Capomento can include the prolific Capo Rosso among a host of winning relatives and makes more appeal than Me Before You and Lethal Lady.
