Verdict

Dancin Alpha started favourite at Carlisle in June but may have to settle for second-best again behind MOUNT SHAMSAN. William Haggas' yard is still firing in the winners and his Danehill Dancer gelding was only beaten a length over a mile at Haydock last time having failed to stay 1m4f at Thirsk earlier. Classical Duet is a likely improver while Encountering is a half-brother to a 7f winner and connections aren't aiming too high on debut.
