Verdict

TUFTON, Lucayan Dancer and Heroes look the principals in this competitive affair, with Tufton set to follow up a recent success. Heroes won a similar contest at Brighton recently, but that was only his second win and he is a modest performer. He is weighted up to the hilt here and looks vulnerable. Lucayan Dancer likes the track-his last win came here, and also this grade. However, he was readily outpointed by the selection in a claimer last time, and seems to have little chance at the weights with the selection. Tufton's last two wins have come in this company, and having reversed earlier form with Lucayan Dancer last time, he looks capable of doing so again. Tufton hails from a yard that is flying, and the weights are in his favour.
