Golden Dane is a five-furlong horse and Conor Dore's gelding is fancied to win at the main expense of Mujinda and Rich James. To be frank, this looks little better than a seller and it shouldn't take much winning. The selection ran his best race since joining his current stable when second at Wolverhampton. He looked a tad unlucky on that occasion having been hampered in running and with a clear passage today then he should prove hard to beat. Mujinda provided a shock when scoring at 40/1 last time and holds Rich James on that form although a 5lb turnaround in the weights makes life tougher. Straight may appreciate the drop in trip but has shown precious little to date, whilst Curio and Next Best may be better than they have shown so far but will need to be. An awful end to the card then, with narrow preference for Golden Dane.
