    Verdict

Lavender Moon was a beaten favourite on Tuesday at Thirsk but she can make amends here and land the prize at the main expense of Magnol and Miss Willoughby. The selection was slowly away last time and that probably cost her the race as she was staying-on well at the finish and she was wasn't beaten all that far by Miss Firecracker. If she can get away on terms here this lightly-raced 2-year-old can get her head in front at the third attempt. Magnol was staying-on well at the finish last time but she was still beaten a long way and she will need to step-up on what she has shown so far to get competitive. Miss Willoughby won well last time when beating Distant Noble at Yarmouth and as we know that she can handle cut in the ground she has to be respected. Indecision put up an improved showing last time but she looks to have a bit to prove and we will stick with Lavendar Moon who looks a solid bet.
