Verdict

Nothing looks overly strong, with winning form a distinct rarity but Sicilian Bay has been in fair touch in recent starts but cannot be confidently put forward as those improved runs arrived on ground with considerable cut and we'll have to see if the form can be repeated on forecast quicker conditions. Hitherto, she's disappointed quite badly when encountering quick ground but that was when she was not in the best of form. Graeme McPherson has scored with two of his last three NH runners so Cherry Tiger could be worth a look, especially if market vibes are positive but QIBTEE is a possible here. He's lightly-raced for a 4-y-o, wears a hood for the first time and would be in with a strong claim if repeating the level of his penultimate start when a more than respectable third to Dark Ocean in a fair mile handicap at Pontefract.
