Verdict

PROPERUS was still in contention at the 6f marker last time but was run out of it in the final furlong at Ayr. Kevin Ryan's colt gets the vote dropped in class and distance. George Bailey finished clear of Spiritual Journey and Billy Bond when fourth at Beverley last time and can figure but the remainder with experience have shown little to recommend them so far. Carron Valley is related to a couple of winners and may prove best of the newcomers.
