Verdict

Recent Ayr winner Sporty Yankee has proved best in soft ground so far while it was also soft going when Glorious Legend won at Salisbury recently. Wishing Well continues to run well without actually getting her head in front and remains a maiden after 21 starts while Rock On Bollinski’s earlier success at Thirsk came over 2m in testing ground. But HARRY CHAMPION (NAP) returned to winning ways stepped up to 1m4f at Pontefract earlier this month and Hugo Palmer’s charge could go close again over this longer trip, despite a penalty.
