Verdict

A very interesting opener where the on-course standard is set by Calypso Magic, who keeps finding one too good, though may do better now stepped up in trip, but we will side with newcomer YAS MARINA. The Godolphin runner is related to success at juvenile level and over this sort of trip. The stable's runners are in good form and he is likely to know his job well enough to make a very good account of himself. Roninski represents a yard whose two-year-olds can win first time and is another with success at this age among his relatives. A market check is strongly advised. Zoowraa is likely to be a nice filly and is also well-related in the context of today's race. Sokolka is one to keep an eye on in the betting.
