In depth

Verdict

Kupatana won a Listed handicap at Cheltenham in April for Paul Nicholls but has failed to fire in two starts for new connections. SALSARETTA was racing in Grade 1 company over hurdles in the spring and made a successful chasing debut in what looked a strong contest here last month. She looks a smart prospect and can go in again though Agusta Gold finished runner-up in a Cork Grade 3 earlier this month and Demi Plie has won half of her six runs over fences, including a Fairyhouse handicap last time. Victoria Bay, a winner at Killarney on her opening run over fences, hasn't made the expected progress.
