In depth

Verdict

Chead Solas has won a bumper here and a Cork maiden hurdle but didn’t improve on that latter effort in novice company at Tramore. Eagle Moon was headed close home in that latter event and arrives in good form having scored over timber at Bellewstown in July. Soldiers Hill landed a Downpatrick maiden hurdle in July, when Enjoy D’allen was a long way behind, but ran moderately in his next two starts. Magic Sea is only five but has already had 47 starts scoring over hurdles at Bellewstown last month. Both Thegoaheadman and Theatre World have plenty of chasing experience without showing much so this can go to THE SHUNTER (NAP). He failed to finish in two starts over fences for previous connections but has made great strides over hurdles for Emmet Mullins and turned over an odds-on chance at Downpatrick a couple of weeks ago.
