Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

This could concern the two sourthern yards and Gulf Express is just preferred to Many Volumes. Dancing Lyra may do best of the others. Stoute and Cecil have had many battles in the past and this could be a great one between their two runners today. Gulf Express was an impressive winner last time out and looks on the upgrade. The runner up has boosted the form and he looks the one to be on. Many Volumes is a classy type as he chased home Kirklees in a conditions race at Doncaster last time out and he will prove a tough nut to crack. Dancing Lyra hasn't been out since April when running well in a top handicap hurdle at Aintree. If fit he should go well. Zero Tolerance is also worthy of respect despite his big weight. All in all a cracking contest and Gulf Express is just given the decsion.
