    Verdict

Wunderwood returned to the winners enclosure at Hamilton last time and must have a decent chance of adding to that success, however Astrocharm's overall form of last season appears to be a little stronger and she gets the decision here, Albinus may do best of the others. This daughter of Charnwood Forest contested much stronger races than this, including the group two Park Hill Stakes at Doncaster. She managed two victories as well including an easy success in a classified event over course and distance. She will be spot on for this following a promising run at Haydock and looks the best option. Wunderwood appears the obvious danger, he is at the top of his game, however on official ratings he may find it difficult to concede eight pounds to the selection. Albinus has made a promising start to this campaign and chased home the Godolphin runner New South Wales at Goodwood last month and he should be in the firing line. The boys in blue are represented her by Songlark who could get involved if fit, however Astrocharm has plenty going for her today and she looks the best option.
