      Verdict

The booking of Kieren Fallon for Azur catches the eye and the five-year-old is given the TEAMtalk vote in a keen betting heat. Annabel King's charge is ideally suited by the forecast firm ground and should relish the trip after staying on strongly over 10f at Haydock last time. The daughter of brief Truce landed a handicap at Ascot in July and is only 2lb higher so will surely go close with conditions in her favour. There are plenty of dangers including Noble Cyrano was an impressive winner here in July (now 6lb higher) for today's rider and should be thereabouts while East Cape is a consistent sort at this level and Second Paige is thrown in on the pick of his form. Tanganika disappointed on his latest start but is a lightly raced colt who should be given another chance to confirm the merit of a decisive all-weather maiden victory last month.
