In depth

Verdict

Maller Tree was chasing a quick hat-trick when third last time at Fontwell but the handicapper may have caught up with him again. Kastani Beach has won two of his last three but faster ground is a real concern. Maypole Lass keeps finding at least one too good while Epsom Flyer has gone up 8lb since winning a poor race at Fontwell. HI NOTE has plenty of winning form on the Flat on a quick surface and the handicapper looks to have given her a chance today as she's eased in grade. Sheena West's mare is taken to get back to winning ways, though it's too soon to write off Simple Assignment who makes his handicap debut here.
