WELLUPTOSCRATCH (NAP) won a bumper here and though still a maiden after eleven starts over hurdles his latest run when stepping up to this sort of trip at Hereford puts him in the driving seat. Burgess Dream ended the last campaign with a victory over fences but he's 12lb higher over hurdles and hasn't run since April. Jonjoela is 8lb out of the handicap but his rider's claim should aid his cause unlike recent track runner-up Lamh Ar Lamh, who is the same amount wrong in the weights. Balkinstown wasn't too far behind the selection last time but had every chance and looks held.
