Verdict

RIVER BEAUTY has the credentials to take this finale, with Pro Pell and Sure Fire looking the most interesting opponents. Sure Fire represents Barney Curley, so any market move should be heeded, especially as he is a full brother to a Group and also Listed race winners in Germany, with his dam coming from the family of the very classy Flat performer Simply Great, a Dante winner. Pro Pell's trainer, Gary Moore had a winner at Wolverhampton on Friday, and his sire won the Group One Grand Criterium at Longchamp. His dam was a winning pointer, so once again watch the market for any hints. Nicky Henderson's return from his ban is yet to be heralded by a winner, but River Beauty, sidelined for 18 months represents his best chance to date. This daughter of the classy French Flat performer Exit to Nowhere has been placed on each of her three outings to date, the last of which came at Cheltenham. River Beauty can take this.
