Verdict

AIKIDEAU never threatened in this year's Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham, but his 12-length defeat is still the best form on offer here by a long way and he's taken to make a winning reappearance. Turbo Du Ranch made a pleasing seasonal return when fourth in a bumper at Huntingdon last month and could figure, along with fellow hurdling debutant Romeo Americo. Hudibras has had four starts over timber and was placed over C&D a fortnight ago, but it's hard to make a serious case for any of the remainder.
