Not For Diamonds is selected here ahead of Coeur d'Alene and Knocker Jock. Much as he was beaten from today's mark last time, that run may have come too soon for Not For Diamonds after his Hereford success. He can make amends today. Coeur d'Alene holds claims on his best pieces of form and his latest effort was certainly a step in the right direction. Knocker Jock has not been disgraced in his last two starts and might have more to come over today's longer trip. Of the others, Push The Port might improve for today's quicker going, but will need to, Adlestrop has yet to build on his bumper promise, and Sister Grace has become disappointing but today's better going might suit her better too. Once again, though, the selection is Not For Diamonds.
