In depth

Verdict

Anton Dolin has his first start for the Mullineaux team after leaving Dr Newland but has yet to win over this trip so we'll let him run. TOP CHIEF was heavily backed to land a rapid-fire hat-trick at Limerick when a major disappointment last week but the yielding ground may well have scuppered him that day and it's significant that Gordon Elliott returns him to the fray so quickly. Rev Up Ruby is developing into a nice handicapper and ties in closely here with Solway Sam and both are respected but Monita Bonita may prove the main danger as she responded positively to first-time blinkers when winning cosily at Cartmel and it's no surprise to see headgear retained. She should go well in receipt of weight all round.
