Verdict

A trappy affair and LE VERT GALANT is our call ahead of Presenting Forever and Strong Rebel. The selection has been turned over at relatively short odds on his last two starts but he was entitled to need that last run and with the yard in form, we will allow him the opportunity. Presenting Forever was probably held when capsizing at Wetherby last time out. He has plenty to prove at present. Strong Rebel landed some nice bets when successful previously in a bumper at this course. The Scottish air might make all the difference to him. Prosecco has struggled against the handicapper on similar marks and is not sure to handle the conditions. Just Posh has been the subject of serious damage from the handicapper whilst ex-French flat performer, Francesco will be in off a very light weight if his rider can claim his full 10lbs allowance. Kinfayre Boy appears best of the others. Le Vert Galant gets the nod.
