Verdict

Chepstow winner Edged Out failed to cope with a rise in the weights when beaten at Newbury last time. Sleepy Blue Ocean may bounce back soon off his current mark while the inconsistent Moorhouse Lad went close here in May but hasn't figured since. Bronze Beau is another looking to capitalise on a slide down the handicap and Poyle Vinnie scored over track and trip before going very close at Newbury. FLASH CITY found only the rejuvenated Mister Manannam too good at Beverley on Tuesday and it's Ruth Carr's sprinter that gets the nod making a quick reappearance.
