It was soft ground when Taurus Twins won at Chepstow last week with Monsieur Jamie back in third. It was also testing going when Harrogate Fair finished ahead of Exotic Guest when third at Newcastle last time. Sir Geofffrey and Tyfos can race off lower marks on Turf and the latter was placed at Catterick recently, but the token vote goes to POINT NORTH. He's been running well on the all-weather without success and scored at the track at this time last year. Eland Ally and Angel Way may prove best of those returning to action.
