    Verdict

Not a typical handicap as none of the sextet has entered the winner's circle when racing on Turf. Dolly Dupree boasts two successes on artificial surfaces but it's hard to be confident about her chance back on the grass. MAQAADEER has compiled a consistent sequence this year and his latest third place finish at Newmarket looks the best recent form on offer. He is just preferred to Lady Mascara who is steadily getting her act together and posted a close fourth here last time. She should come on again. The jury is out on Kings Royal Hussar but Smeaton can be given a definite chance if producing the level of his penultimate runner-up effort at Hamilton.
