Verdict

Jargelle is the one to side with here and can provide Willie Haggas with back to back wins in this contest. The Kheleyf filly made an encouraging start to her career at Warwick when chasing home a couple of more experienced and useful fillies. She finished clear of the remainder and it would be surprising if she bumped into anything of their calibre in this contest. Gemini Jive showed improved form from her debut but may be seen to better effect in nurseries as may Abu Derby and Fyelehk. Iachimo is the most interesting of the newcomers but experience often proves crucial in these contests and it's hard to oppose Jargelle.
