      Verdict

Ruttan Lake won twice over fences last year and, though beaten twice off similar marks over hurdles in the autumn, must have every chance here if fully wound-up. Majestic Bull landed a gamble at Bangor in December and hinted at a revival at Chepstow three weeks ago, though still looks to be a few pounds too high. Aureate has ability but is a law unto himself and more interesting is Revaader, beaten less than a length at Taunton last time and only a couple of pounds higher now. QUALITEE has never won over hurdles but has scored off a higher mark over fences in the past and did enough at Southwell last time to suggest she'll go close in this modest affair.
