    Verdict

TOP NOTCH TONTO is penalised for an earlier Listed win at York but remains the one to beat on these terms. Outmatched in a Group 1 behind the high-class Solow at Ascot last time, Brian Ellison's charge should go close in this company. Wannabe Yours has been competing without success in pattern company this year while Fire Ship posted a better effort at Sandown last month but has plenty to find with the selection. Restorer was second in a Group 3 here last here but makes a belated seasonal debut in this and Chancery is upped in class after landing a decent handicap at York. The Norwegian raider Quarterback and Amaze Me looks up against it.
