Verdict

Central City, fourth at Doncaster before finishing second at Chester, has entries in some valuable sales races later in the season. Grand Koonta ran with promise at Newbury last month and Al Fujairah wasn’t disgraced at Haydock considering he was coltish in the paddock and fired up at the start. GLORIOUS JOURNEY is by Dubawi out of Coronation Stakes winner Fallen For You and changed hands for 2.6 million guineas at Tattersalls last year. He has Group 1 entries and will be expected to make a winning debut for Godolphin. Qayes is a half-brother to the top-class Cursory Glance and another newcomer to note.
