MON BEAU VISAGE finally won a handicap when successful at Beverley last week having slipped 10lb down the weights this season. He carries a penalty for that success but should make another bold bid. Talent Scout was narrowly beaten in a separate division of the same handicap at Beverley and can race off the same mark here while Janaab finished just ahead of Red Charmer with Gun Case further behind when runner-up in a classified contest at Doncaster last time. The selection’s stablemate Drago was placed in a maiden before something went amiss on his handicap bow but Captain Peaky may fare better now handicapping for the first time.
